For Prepaid Orders

Dispatch is done within 48hrs, courier details are shared within 72 hrs and final delivery in 5-7 days after pickup.

For COD Orders

Dispatch is done within 48-72 hrs, courier details are shared within 3 working days and final delivery in 5-7 days after pickup.

Note: COD orders can get delay due to no pickup by Couriers.

Shipping a Pair of shoes with box Cost around 300 INR and if its returned we have to pay same charges for that as well.

Order FAQs

Orders can be cancelled until they are not Processed. On cancellation 5% of the amount will be deducted as it gets charged by payment gateways.

Yes! Please Contact our Customer Care team on Chat with your order number, original email address, and the updated email address so that we may make the changes for you. Once your email address has been updated, we can resend your order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation emails to the updated address. 🙂

We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order untill its not processed status! Please Contact our Customer Care team on Chat in Live Hours or fill in the form in offline hours with your order number and the updated address ASAP.

we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process.

Yes, we can modify orders once they have been placed until they are not processed. Once processed we will not be able to help,  So sorry for any inconvenience!

Tracking details will be shared with you within 3 working days with all details on email.

Below Conditions will effect the retrurn Process

  • Product recived has the same size tag what you ordered.

In this case you have to pay the courier Charges as per actual both ways.

  • Product recived has the different size tag what you ordered.

In this case we will take care of return and Shipping cost for new one.

Any issue with size should be reported same day of Delivery via customer support, else it will not be entertained.

Note: Pickup will Be arranged if feasible else you need to ship back.

Please make a parcel opening video for any issue related to damage or different items.

Without Parcel Video no Complains will be entertained.

Note: 7A Shoes can have minor non visible finishing issues (i.e. minor glue leakage or thread coming out)
