2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We understand that many customers prefer paying upon delivery. To maintain the quality of our service and ensure genuine orders, our COD policy is as follows:

  • Partial Advance Required: A small token advance (as mentioned on the checkout page) is required to confirm your COD order. The remaining balance is payable in cash to the delivery agent.
  • Why Do We Take an Advance?
    This helps us filter out fake or non-serious orders. Since we ship high-quality products across India, false orders cause significant logistical losses. Your advance confirms your genuine interest and helps us keep prices low for everyone.
  • Order Limit: To ensure safe packaging, a maximum of 2 items can be shipped in a single COD order.
  • Verification: Our Support Team may contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your address details before dispatch.

Note: Without the partial advance payment, COD orders will not be processed.

3. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Once your payment or advance is confirmed, our team gets to work immediately.
