At 7AShoes, we strive to get your premium footwear to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. All India Free Shipping
We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all Prepaid Orders across India.
- Note: While we cover 99% of pin codes, there are some remote locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those areas, our support team will contact you immediately to discuss alternative arrangements or a full refund.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery times depend on your location and payment method. Please note that “Delivery Time” starts after the order has been processed.

Why is COD slower? Cash on Delivery orders require additional verification and courier processing (scheduling pickups), which adds a slight delay compared to the priority dispatch given to prepaid orders.
3. Tracking Information
Automated Updates: You will receive an Email and WhatsApp message with a tracking number as soon as your order is handed over to the courier partner.
Status Lag: Sometimes, it takes up to 24 hours for the courier’s website to update the status after we ship the product. Please be patient.
4. Multiple Packages (Split Shipments)
Ordered more than one pair?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, even if you requested combined shipping. This ensures each shoe box arrives in perfect condition without being crushed. Do not worry if you receive one item first; the rest are on their way!
